All students have to pursue compulsory courses in the first year. Around 18 compulsory subjects are offered in the first year to help students lay a solid and strong foundation of general management concepts and skills across all the key disciplines. The technique employed in the first year courses is using the point of view of the general manager to focus on the internal functional operations of business ventures.
In the second year, the program focuses on building upon the basic concepts developed in the common curriculum. Students can choose from a host of elective courses in the second year. This part comprises a wide spectrum of electives that facilitates understanding of the corporate as a total business enterprise integrating the functional skills learned by the students in the first year.
